This page is for my Jeep. Why, you ask? Because I can and I want to, that's why! And just so you know that is actually a picture of my jeep up there.

I have had my 1997 Jeep TJ Wrangler since November of 1998. My Jeep© has given me next to no problems mechanically. The only 'work' I have had done on her is having the front discs replaced. I love driving my Jeep© She is nimble and sure footed. In the winter if I start to slide any then I just pop her into four wheel drive and it seems like she grows claws.

I have named her Rubi because she wants to be a Rubicon Jeep, and because she's red. One day I would like to paint her a deep ruby red, whenever I get the spare change to do that. I also would like to put a 4" lift kit in her, probably a Skyjacker kit.

Patriot Bug Shield

Well, after waiting since the end of March to get my Patriot Bug Shield it finally arrived yesterday, and yes, I had to put it on right away. You can click on the picture below for a larger view, it's not that great because it was taken with my LG Voyager, but not bad for a cell phone camera.

Memorial Day Weekend Project

My Memorial Day project was a mostly complete detailing of my jeep. Every few years I like to take my jeep apart and do a thorough cleaning on her. Here are some pictures of my detail job. If you click on the picture it will open a gallery of pictures, just right arrow to scroll through them.

And here are the results of my work. By the way: it took me two full weekends and the week between them to do all the work I did; I didn't want it to take that long but the scope of it just kept growing.
